Accounting & Transaction Advisory - Manager

About the role

Our client is a large, established Advisory firm that have placed significant capital behind their Accounting & Transaction Advisory sector expansion this year. If you've got a Public Accounting background, but want to expand that knowledge & experience with a firm devoted to developing & progressing their people, this one’s for you. Whether you're an External Auditor, with strong Financial Statement experience, or a current Deals/FDD/TAS professional who is a Databook whiz, this firm should be on your radar.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters degree preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred – will accept those who are in process
• 4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4/Top 10 preferred)
• Experience with large, public filers (Audit/Assurance) & high‑value transactions (Deals/FDD)
• High degree of professionalism, including ability to communicate with C‑Suite level individuals
• Self‑starter who can thrive as an individual contributor or in a team‑based environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC rules and standards
• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changing technological environments (AI, RPA, etc.)
