• Handle complex accounting-related questions, applying deep financial expertise and analytical skills to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Support small and medium-sized business owners with essential bookkeeping and provide comprehensive financial guidance tailored to their unique needs.
• Analyze and interpret complex financial data to deliver accurate, insightful, and timely responses that drive client understanding and decision-making.
• Complete assigned presentation-based tasks as needed, supporting client comprehension and enhancing internal processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active user of widely recognized online accounting platforms.
• Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support, showcasing excellent written communication and problem-solving skills in a digital environment.
• Strong understanding of core financial concepts and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions with precision and clarity.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience working directly with small and medium-sized business clients, understanding their unique challenges and needs.
• Hands-on accounting experience as a small and medium-sized business owner, offering a valuable perspective.
• Previously engaged experts with relevant domain expertise in financial support.
• Accountants or bookkeepers who are comfortable and proficient with high-volume, data-heavy queries, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
