About the role
We’re hiring an experienced Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations in a stable, hands-on environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, and enjoys working independently.
Responsibilities
- Process high-volume Accounts Payable (3-way match, invoice entry, weekly check runs)
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Support cash application and light Accounts Receivable activities
- Work closely with accounting leadership in the ERP system
Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong AP background; AR/cash application a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable asking questions
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
