Job Summary

Performs a variety of routine clerical and accounting functions. Supports accounts receivable processes with a focus on cash receipts.

Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities

  • Process and apply cash receipts accurately and timely
  • Take customer payments over the phone and ensure proper application and documentation
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve payment-related items
  • Respond to customer, agency, and internal inquiries related to payments and accounts via email and phone
  • Assist with other tasks as needed during peak periods

Pay and Schedule

  • $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Seasonal term: August through March
  • Work schedule: Approximately 2 hours per day (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM preferred window)
  • Primarily remote with occasional in-office presence
  • Work must generally be performed within this timeframe
  • Potential for additional hours during peak periods
