Job Summary
Performs a variety of routine clerical and accounting functions. Supports accounts receivable processes with a focus on cash receipts.
Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities
- Process and apply cash receipts accurately and timely
- Take customer payments over the phone and ensure proper application and documentation
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve payment-related items
- Respond to customer, agency, and internal inquiries related to payments and accounts via email and phone
- Assist with other tasks as needed during peak periods

Pay and Schedule
- $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Seasonal term: August through March
- Work schedule: Approximately 2 hours per day (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM preferred window)
- Primarily remote with occasional in-office presence
- Work must generally be performed within this timeframe
- Potential for additional hours during peak periods
