Accounting Practitioner
About the role
Next 150 Construction, a fully owned subsidiary of Gilbane Building Company, is seeking an Accounting Practitioner to partner with our accounting team and perform basic manual and computer-related accounting tasks. This role is primarily office-based.

Responsibilities
- Scan AP invoices
- Process payments, invoices, and vouchers
- Extract specified information or add appropriate standard coding and attachments to documents
- Compile simple summaries of information relating to documents processed
- Manage timesheet collection, approval, and other payroll-related items
- Locate and extract information from files and records as requested
- Perform simple arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) manually or using a calculator
- Assist Senior Accounting Practitioner under close supervision
Requirements
- Entry-level: 0-1 year of experience
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word

Pay
The pay range is $52,000.00–$75,000.00, determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and team alignment.
