Accounting Manager, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• Research and document technical accounting guidance under U.S. GAAP
• Prepare financial statements and audit-ready workpapers
• Serve as a primary contact for external auditors and coordinate audit requests
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess accounting implications of new initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA required or actively pursuing CPA
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in public accounting or high-growth technology sectors
• Strong technical accounting knowledge under U.S. GAAP
• Experience preparing technical accounting memos and compliance documents
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Pay

$110,000 – $185,000 annually
