We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of company purpose, etc. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (intro), "Responsibilities" (What You'll Do), "Requirements" (Required), "Qualifications"? Actually they have "Required What You’ve Done:" and "Preferred". Could combine as Requirements and Preferred? But we should only include sections when there is real specific content. We have: - Intro: "Our purpose is to help a billion people find the right work! Phenom is an AI-Powered talent experience platform..." This is about company and role. Could be "About the role". We'll include. - Responsibilities: "What You'll Do" with bullet list (multiple paragraphs). We'll format as
  • . - Requirements: "Required What You’ve Done:" list of qualifications. We'll put as
    • . - Preferred: "Preferred" list. Could be separate section "Preferred Qualifications" or combine? The instruction: Use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They didn't list Preferred but we could use "Qualifications" for required and maybe "Preferred Qualifications". But they said include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content. We have both required and preferred. Could make "Requirements" for required, and "Preferred Qualifications" for preferred. However headings list didn't include Preferred Qualifications but we can still use? They gave examples but not exhaustive. Safer to use "Requirements" for required and maybe "Preferred" as a heading? Not in list but maybe okay. But they said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should stick to those headings. So we could put required under "Requirements". Preferred could go under "Qualifications" (maybe includes both). Or we could put required under "Requirements" and preferred under "Qualifications". That seems fine. - Benefits: They have a Benefits paragraph: "Benefits We want you to be your best self..." plus list of bullet-ish sentences. We'll create Benefits section with
      • . - Pay: They have "Salary Expected salary range $105,000 - $115,000". So we need Pay section. - Schedule: They have "This role is 5 days/week on-site." So Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion section is boilerplate (EEO). Remove. Also remove "Please note the Salary range is subject to change..." maybe keep? It's part of Pay but it's a note; we could keep as part of Pay paragraph. We must preserve all substantive information. So include the salary range and note. Now craft HTML. Structure:

        About the role

Our purpose is to help a billion people find the right work! Phenom is an AI-Powered talent experience platform that is redefining the HR tech space. We have grown into a global organization with offices in 6 countries and over 1,500 employees. As an HR tech unicorn organization, innovation and creativity is within our DNA. Come help us make every talent moment Phenomenal! We are seeking is seeking a technically strong, operationally minded Accounting Manager, who will lead revenue accounting. This role will own the application, documentation, and monthly execution of revenue recognition under ASC 606 across subscription software, implementation services, professional services, training, support, usage-based offerings, and other customer-contract elements. The ideal candidate combines deep U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 knowledge with hands-on SaaS accounting experience. They can translate complex customer contracts into clear accounting conclusions, scalable revenue processes, accurate financial reporting, and audit-ready support. This person will be a key partner to Commercial, Legal, Deal Desk, Billing, Customer Success, and FP&A as the company evolves its packaging, pricing, contracting, and go-to-market model. ASC 606 requires companies to identify contracts and performance obligations, determine and allocate transaction price, and recognize revenue when or as obligations are satisfied. In an HR software environment, that commonly means ratable recognition of subscription access over the contractual service period, while implementation, data migration, training, integrations, or other services may require distinct analysis based on whether they are separate performance obligations and how control transfers to the customer. This role is 5 days/week on-site.

But note schedule is separate; we might move schedule line to Schedule section. However the intro includes that line; we could keep it there but also have Schedule section. To avoid duplication, maybe we remove from intro and put in Schedule. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the schedule info somewhere. If we put it in Schedule section, we should not duplicate elsewhere. So we should remove the sentence "This role is 5 days/week on-site." from the About the role paragraph. Thus About the role paragraph ends before that sentence. Now Responsibilities: take "What You'll Do" bullet points. The text includes many sentences; we can break into list items each starting with a bold phrase? We'll just make each sentence as
      • . Ensure we keep all content.
