Accounting Manager | Hybrid | River Falls, WI

About the role

This newly created Accounting Manager position offers the opportunity to lead a small accounting team, help drive an upcoming NetSuite implementation, and play a key role in building scalable accounting processes as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close and oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Manage accounting across multiple legal entities
• Supervise the Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator
• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of NetSuite
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Partner with leadership to support the company's continued growth

Requirements

• Progressive accounting experience with strong general ledger and month-end close expertise
• Experience supporting multiple legal entities
• Ledgers and month-end close expertise
• Leadership experience preferred, but strong leadership potential will also be considered
• NetSuite experience or ERP implementation exposure is a plus
• Process improvement mindset with the ability to thrive in a growing entrepreneurial environment

$90,000 base salary
