Accounting Manager - Global Manufacturer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage inventory accounting and cost accounting activities
• Develop, maintain, and enhance internal controls and compliance procedures
• Cook up with operations and plant leadership to provide financial analysis and business insights
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiencies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Manufacturing accounting experience required
• Strong understanding of inventory and cost accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience working in a plant, manufacturing, or operational environment
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
