Accounting Manager, Global Entities & Intercompany

For our client, we are seeking a Accounting Manager, Global Entities & Intercompany to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own the accounting framework for global entities and intercompany activity across a multinational footprint. You will partner closely with accounting, tax, audit, and external providers to keep statutory, regulatory, and compliance deliverables aligned. The position also supports entity-related projects and helps translate complex accounting and tax matters into clear guidance for leadership. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Own the intercompany framework and agreements across the company's entities Act as the accounting team's point of contact for statutory audits and regulatory examinations Coordinate tax compliance support and ensure alignment with filed data Oversee relationships with in-country accounting and outsourced providers Lead or support entity projects such as restructurings and integration into ERP systems Maintain ownership maps, calendars, trackers, and documentation for deliverables Translate complex accounting and tax details into clear recommendations for leadership Qualifications 6+ years of experience in public accounting and in-house accounting at multinational organizations Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA, or equivalent Strong knowledge of US GAAP with an understanding of local statutory reporting Hands-on experience with intercompany accounting and transfer pricing Experience managing statutory audits and tax compliance across jurisdictions Exceptional organization and program-management capabilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort working across cultures Benefits Collaborative and cross-functional work environment Exposure to blockchain technology and cryptocurrency regulations Opportunities for professional development and skills enhancement Supportive of innovative problem-solving approaches Access to a diverse international team across various jurisdictions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
