We need to output only HTML fragment, using

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only if posting has real specific content. Let's parse posting. We have description: "Work with a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm that Accounts for Anything. Aprio has 40 U.S. office locations, as well as international office locations and more than 3,200 team members that speak 60+ languages across the globe. By bringing together proven expertise, deep understanding, and strategic foresight for fast-growing industries, Aprio ensures clients are prepared for wherever life or business may take them. Discover a top-rated culture, vast growth opportunities and your next big career move with Aprio. Join Aprio’s Technology Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) team and help our fast-growing tech and e-commerce clients Account for Anything. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a dynamic Manager to help build and scale our new AI-enabled startup pod while supporting complex, high-value advisory projects. This is a dual-role position designed for a builder. You will operate at the intersection of finance, technology, and client advisory - leveraging AI-native tools to deliver financials efficiently, while developing the templates, models, and processes that scale across the practice. You will report to the Senior Manager, Technology CAAS, supporting one-time and complex client projects, and carry a dotted-line role into our startup pod delivering fixed-fee, low-touch engagements. The Manager blends hands-on delivery with capability-building. In the startup pod, you will use AI-native accounting and finance tools (e.g., basis, Rillet, QBO) to take client work the “last mile” - reviewing, refining, and delivering board-ready financials with a light touch. On the project side, you will bring strategic finance and FP&A capability to our most complex clients, partnering with US client leads and offshore teams to quarterback deliverables. Because early-stage pod capacity leaves room to build, you will also create the templates, cash-flow models, and reusable assets the broader group can leverage." Then "Responsibilities" section with bullet points. Then "Qualifications" with subpoints: Education, Experience, Industry Focus, Technical Knowledge, Advisory Mindset, Communication, Success Metrics. Then "Why Work For Aprio" with bullet points: Perks/Benefits, What's In It For You. Then "EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER" etc - we must remove boilerplate. We need to output sections: About the role (maybe a short paragraph summarizing role). Responsibilities (list). Requirements? The posting has Qualifications (Education, Experience, etc). Could map to Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have content for About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (Education, Experience, etc). Skills (maybe Technical Knowledge, Advisory Mindset, Communication). Benefits (Perks/Benefits and What's In It For You). Pay: not mentioned. Schedule: not mentioned. So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections because no specific content. We also might include Requirements? The posting does not have a separate "Requirements" heading; but we could treat Qualifications as Requirements? However they said we can use Qualifications heading. So we can have Qualifications section. For Skills, we could include Technical Knowledge, Advisory Mindset, Communication as skills. Or we could combine them under Skills. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not create sections with filler. So we need to include sections with actual content. Thus output:

About the role

... (the intro paragraph(s) describing role, dual-role, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • ... each bullet from Responsibilities section.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA, CMA, CGMA, or MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5 - 7+ years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience, ideally including FP&A, financial modeling, or CFO/finance advisory in a client-service, outsourced, or high-growth environment.
  • Industry Focus: Experience with technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or venture-backed startups strongly preferred; comfort supporting companies from $0–$100M in revenue.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong FP&A and modeling skills (budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, scenario analysis); working knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition concepts.
  • Systems & AI Proficiency: Advanced Excel; experience with modern finance/accounting platforms (e.g., QBO, Xero, NetSuite, Rillet) and a genuine appetite for AI-native tools and automation.
  • Advisory Mindset: Business acumen and relationship skills to engage founders and leadership - proactive advisory over transactional compliance.
  • Communication: Clear, professional communicator able to partner with US client leads, offshore teams, and external advisors.
  • Success Metrics: Timely, accurate delivery of pod financials with minimal client-lead review time. Reusable templates, models, and SOPs adopted across the Technology CAAS group. Successful support of complex projects and CFO advisory engagements, measured by client retention and satisfaction. Demonstrated adoption and advancement of AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency and margin. Growing market presence over time - expanded client relationships, add-on/advisory opportunities surfaced, and active networking. Growth in team capability through coaching, enablement, and knowledge-sharing.
But note Success Metrics might be more like expectations; still part of qualifications. We could also have a Skills section: maybe combine Technical Knowledge, Advisory Mindset, Communication, Systems & AI Proficiency as skills. But we already have them under Qualifications. The instruction allows Skills heading; we could split Qualifications into Education/Experience and Skills. However we must not invent sections with filler. If we split, we need to ensure each section has substantive content. We could do:

But we also have Success Metrics; maybe that belongs under Qualifications or separate? Could be part of Qualifications as expectations. We could include under Qualifications as a paragraph. We also need Benefits section: list perks. We have "Perks/Benefits We Offer For Full-time Team Members" list: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance on the first day of employment; Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Account; 401k with Profit Sharing; 9+ holidays and discretionary time off structure; Parental Leave – coverage for both primary and secondary caregivers; Tuition Assistance Program and CPA support program with cash incentive upon completion; Discretionary incentive compensation based on firm, group and individual performance; Incentive compensation related to origination of new client sales; Top rated wellness program; Flexible working environment including remote and hybrid options. Also "What’s In It For You" list: Working with an industry leader; An awesome culture; A great team; Entrepreneurship; Growth opportunities; Competitive compensation. We could combine these into Benefits section. We must not include boilerplate like EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER etc. Now produce HTML fragment only. Let's craft. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not using etc. We'll output:
