Accounting Manager
What You'll Do
- Lead the year-end audit process and partner with external auditors
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close
- Oversee financial reporting, general ledger integrity, and compliance activities
- Review account reconciliations and guide resolution of discrepancies
- Provide guidance on complex and non-routine transactions
- Partner with senior leadership (Controller, VP of Accounting, etc.) on reporting and analysis
- Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies and internal controls
- Support cross-functional knowledge sharing and finance initiatives
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA required
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills and overall MS Office proficiency
Compensation & Benefits
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
