Accounting Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure balance sheet accounts are accurate, complete, and properly documented.
• Assist with audit requests and serve as a primary contact for assigned audit areas.
• Apply U.S. GAAP (and IFRS, if applicable) to routine and non-routine transactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in accounting processes.
• Affiliate with FP&A, AP, AR, and operational teams to resolve accounting issues.
• Compile and submit monthly supplemental reports for financial statements.

• To Join Us You Need CPA Required Public accounting experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience Experience in a large or multinational organizations preferred Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or Oracle) a plus. Experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations Advanced Excel skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Outstanding organizational, time management, and follow-up capabilities Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Collaborative team player with a positive attitude Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
