Responsibilities
- Meticulous analysis and insightful planning of financial operations
- Supervision of account balancing, ledger reconciliation, and financial report execution
- Identification and resolution of discrepancies with lightning-fast solutions
- Natural people person who collaborates, listens to new ideas, and advocates for the brand
Requirements
- Passionate about numbers and math with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in accounting or finance is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of payroll
- Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
Qualifications
