Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive experience in audit or M&A transaction finance
- CPA or MBA strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- Prior experience with private equity owned business, public accounting or transaction services
- Highly collaborative, with the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively
- Proven track record leading financial due diligence or financial statement audits
- Experience working directly with senior executives, Boards, lenders, and external advisors
- Strong understanding of general accounting processes and specifically, purchase accounting, valuation reports, QoE, opening balance sheet, working capital assessments, transaction costs, audit requirements and post-close integration considerations
- Ability to lead complex workstreams under tight timelines and ambiguity
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional analytical rigor paired with sound business judgment
