    Requirements

    • 4+ years of progressive experience in audit or M&A transaction finance
    • CPA or MBA strongly preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
    • Prior experience with private equity owned business, public accounting or transaction services
    • Highly collaborative, with the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively
    • Proven track record leading financial due diligence or financial statement audits
    • Experience working directly with senior executives, Boards, lenders, and external advisors
    • Strong understanding of general accounting processes and specifically, purchase accounting, valuation reports, QoE, opening balance sheet, working capital assessments, transaction costs, audit requirements and post-close integration considerations
    • Ability to lead complex workstreams under tight timelines and ambiguity
    • Strong executive presence and communication skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Exceptional analytical rigor paired with sound business judgment
