Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support a variety of accounting functions while helping our operating divisions achieve their financial and operational goals. Responsibilities

• Affiliate with oversight of the accounting department and support daily accounting operations
• Manage accounts receivable invoicing and collections activities
• Oversee weekly payroll processing for field employees
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records
• Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis
• Affiliate with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Affiliate with job cost analysis and construction-related financial reporting
• Manage fixed asset records and corporate insurance administration

Requirements

• Accounting degree is a requirement. Finance degree is open to.
• Culture fit and personality is very important. Need to have at least been a staff accountant previously.
• No job hoppers.
• Construction industry experience is a plus, not a must.
