We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support a variety of accounting functions while helping our operating divisions achieve their financial and operational goals. Responsibilities
- Affiliate with oversight of the accounting department and support daily accounting operations
- Manage accounts receivable invoicing and collections activities
- Oversee weekly payroll processing for field employees
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records
- Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis
- Affiliate with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Affiliate with job cost analysis and construction-related financial reporting
- Manage fixed asset records and corporate insurance administration
Requirements
- Accounting degree is a requirement. Finance degree is open to.
- Culture fit and personality is very important. Need to have at least been a staff accountant previously.
- No job hoppers.
- Construction industry experience is a plus, not a must.
