Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

  • Complete the month-end close process at PS ATL & PS MIA level, including Revenue Recognition, monthly accruals, bank reconciliation, fixed asset and inventory reconciliation, prepaid management.
  • Support the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team and the VP of Finance during Budget and Long Range Plans (LRP) for the facility on an annual basis and Forecast on a quarterly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with local leadership to ensure budget adherence and financial efficiency.
  • Analyze financial performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with local leadership and Corporate executives, identifying variances, trends, and areas for cost savings.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable for the ATL/MIA location.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial requirements from the corporate office and support group-wide financial initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax compliance.
  • CPA highly desired but not required.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with financial tools: Coupa, Toast, Xtrachef, Expensify, Bill, Stripe.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$125,000 - $130,000/annually, plus Bonus potential.

Schedule

This is a full-time, hybrid role.
