Responsibilities
- Complete the month-end close process at PS ATL & PS MIA level, including Revenue Recognition, monthly accruals, bank reconciliation, fixed asset and inventory reconciliation, prepaid management.
- Support the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team and the VP of Finance during Budget and Long Range Plans (LRP) for the facility on an annual basis and Forecast on a quarterly basis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with local leadership to ensure budget adherence and financial efficiency.
- Analyze financial performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with local leadership and Corporate executives, identifying variances, trends, and areas for cost savings.
- Support accounts payable and receivable for the ATL/MIA location.
- Handle ad-hoc financial requirements from the corporate office and support group-wide financial initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax compliance.
- CPA highly desired but not required.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with financial tools: Coupa, Toast, Xtrachef, Expensify, Bill, Stripe.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
$125,000 - $130,000/annually, plus Bonus potential.
