Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Oversee the budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational efficiency and financial accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
