Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Oversee the budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Develop and implement financial controls to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational efficiency and financial accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
