About the role
Manage all duties related to commercial loan covenants, including but not limited to:
- Manage the lender reporting process to ensure all reporting requirements are met
- Manage the debt service payment and loan draw process in conjunction with cash position monitoring
- Update, track, and maintain DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) calculations
- Monitor and track trigger events, cure conditions, and other loan requirements, providing timely updates to the management team
- Update and maintain the mortgage module in Yardi

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of progressive commercial property accounting experience, including loan covenant compliance, cash projections analysis, and construction accounting knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial review experience
- Demonstrated strong analytical thinking and skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or comparable)
