Accounting Manager
About the role
As an Accounting Manager – Revenue Accounting at NiCE, you'll play a key leadership role in managing revenue accounting operations for a global, publicly traded SaaS company. You'll lead and develop a team of Senior Accountants supporting the CXone line of business, oversee monthly and quarterly revenue close activities, and ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and ASC 606. This is an opportunity for an experienced revenue accounting professional who enjoys combining technical accounting expertise with team leadership, operational ownership, and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with Finance, accounting leadership, external auditors, and cross-functional business partners to navigate complex revenue arrangements, strengthen accounting processes, and support key financial reporting requirements. You'll also play an important role in the implementation of a new revenue recognition system, helping modernize processes, improve controls, and introduce greater automation into a growing and evolving accounting function.
