Accounting Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly-organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Accounting Manager who can be a great addition to our team. We are looking for a dedicated team member who can demonstrate a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Duties

• Supervise a team of two to four employees
• Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
• Inventory reconciliations
• Vendor Statement Reconciliation
• Review of accounts payable invoices
• Various Amazon Case Filing and Monitoring
• Review of accounts payable invoices
• Recording of US/Canada/Mexico Sales
• Bi-Weekly Excess Inventory Report Preparation
• Credit Memo Posting, Review, and Monitoring
• Shipping carrier - Review and Reconciliation
• Other Amazon Audits

Knowledge And Skills

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years of meaningful experience
• CPA certification is a plus
• Ideal experience with Amazon Accounting
• Provides professional accounting advice and assistance
• Familiar with QuickBooks Online and experience reconciling inventory at the SKU level
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office application
• Must be well organized and detail–oriented
• Able to multi-task and learn quickly
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Experience working with international employees and clients
• Solid data analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets
• Good communicator, comfortable with showing what data means and possible solutions
• Tech-savvy, self-starter, with the ability to learn
• Resourceful, quick, and agile
• Google Workspace Experience (G Suite)
• Diligence and attention to detail
• Able to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Annual Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
