Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting processes and staff to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Oversee all treasury functions.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Support multientity accounting and consolidations.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Support annual financial reviews, tax filings, and other compliancerelated activities by coordinating documentation, schedules, and responses to requests.
- Partner with operations, customer service, inventory, information technology, human resources and finance teams to support business processes, resolve issues, and improve data quality.
- Drive process improvements and support system upgrades.
- Mentor and develop staff.

Pay & Benefits
The salary range for this role is for $85,000-$110,000 annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
