Accounting Manager
About the role
This is more than debits and credits—you’ll be leading the financial heartbeat of the business: Own and oversee day-to-day accounting operations (GL, fixed assets, tax, insurance)Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close—accurately and on timeEnsure strong internal controls and compliance across the boardTurn financial data into real insights that leadership can act onPartner with operations, sales, HR, and leadership to support business growthManage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agenciesIdentify gaps, streamline processes, and make things better than you found themLead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team
Responsibilities

Benefits
In accordance with Minnesota law, the salary range for this position is $114,081.10 to $170,724.72. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications. This role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other company-sponsored benefits.
Pay
In accordance with Minnesota law, the salary range for this position is $114,081.10 to $170,724.72.
