Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger and month-end close
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Manage and maintain inventory accounting processes
- Supervise and mentor a small accounting team
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and support ongoing process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of accounting experience (or 10+ years without a degree)
- Strong experience with general ledger, month-end close, and inventory accounting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop preferred) and strong Excel skills
- Prior experience overseeing staff is preferred
