Accounting Manager

Compensation

Budgeted base salary is between $115,000-$125,000 base, eligibility to earn discretionary bonus. Full benefits are included: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle close and management reporting
• Budget development and variance analysis with department heads
• Financial forecasting and resource planning support
• AP and AR oversight including vendor and client relationship management
• General ledger integrity, bank reconciliations, and audit coordination
• Contract and pricing strategy support for the executive team
• Ledership and development of two direct reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 5 or more years in public accounting or finance with at least 2 years of busy season experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting background
• Experience with QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software; Excel proficiency required
• Serivices industry background a plus
• Strong communicator who can translate financials for non-finance stakeholders
