Accounting Manager

About the role

The Accounting Manager will oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making
• Manage the annual budgeting process and monitor variances
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting management
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams and leading projects
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
