About the role
The ideal candidate will lead the accounting department, manage financial operations, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage budgeting processes and monitor spending to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including external auditors.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain financial integrity and support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Experience with financial planning and analysis.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting.

Pay
- $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
