Accounting Manager

About the role

The Accounting Manager will lead the accounting team at our client's private equity-owned high technology manufacturer. This is a direct hire opportunity located in Brockton, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and mentor an accounting team
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management
• Manage external stakeholders including accounting firms, attorneys, and vendors
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of experience
• 5+ years in an accounting leadership role
• Strong management, leadership, and mentoring experience
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to manage external stakeholders

Benefits

• Target Base Salary: $115.0K to $125.0K
• Plus bonus and benefits
