Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Aid with the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Review and maintain the accuracy of the general ledger and financial reporting.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including inventory and cost accounting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare management reports.
• Review account reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiencies.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop members of the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Previous experience leading or supervising an accounting team.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
