Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage monthly reporting for multiple grants
- Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 30–35 employees through ADP
- Maintain hands-on general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Support month-end close activities and assist with audit and budget preparation as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Must have hands-on accounting experience with nonprofit or grant-funded organizations
- Must have experience managing month-end close and financial reporting
- Experience with ADP payroll or QuickBooks is a plus
Pay
$75–$90k, DOE
