Accounting Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead general accounting operations, oversee financial reporting, ensure GAAP compliance, and manage a team within a fast-paced oil & gas environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Oil & Gas industry experience required (Midstream preferred)
• Experience leading or supervising an accounting team
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• CPA preferred
• Experience with TIPS, Waterfield, and Power BI
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports
• Analyze accounting processes and recommend improvements
• Partner with auditors and cross-functional teams

Pay

$123,000 – $185,000 annually

Schedule

Hybrid – 3 days onsite: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday | Remote: Wednesday & Friday
