Accounting Manager
Responsibilities
- Create monthly financial packages accurately and on time.
- Conduct proactive analysis on regional and consolidated financials, recommending changes based on findings.
- Coordinate the development and management of regional and consolidated annual budgets.
- Manage audit activities, preparing work papers for external and internal audits.
- Serve as a point of contact for audit inquiries and provide necessary documentation.
- Supervise tracking and reporting of fixed assets, sales reporting, and rebate programs.
- Oversee and manage accounts receivable and credit.
- Coordinate day-to-day general accounting and administrative responsibilities.
- Develop reports using Planful.
- Provide backup and assistance to other accounting staff.
- Ensure compliance with the Worldwide Accounting Manual.
- Engage in special projects as required.
- Provide in-depth analysis of business transactions, including customer accounts, manufacturing costs, and sales scorecard.
- Supply accurate data for scenario analysis and propose solutions to business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proficiency in month-end closing and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with financial reporting and GAAP standards.
- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience.
- Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office products.
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred but not required.
- Experience with consolidation of multiple divisions or businesses preferred.
- Planful reporting experience preferred.
- Experience with international business is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
Schedule
This role offers a hybrid work environment following training, with 3 days in the office and 2 remote.
