Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Create monthly financial packages accurately and on time.
• Conduct proactive analysis on regional and consolidated financials, recommending changes based on findings.
• Coordinate the development and management of regional and consolidated annual budgets.
• Manage audit activities, preparing work papers for external and internal audits.
• Serve as a point of contact for audit inquiries and provide necessary documentation.
• Supervise tracking and reporting of fixed assets, sales reporting, and rebate programs.
• Oversee and manage accounts receivable and credit.
• Coordinate day-to-day general accounting and administrative responsibilities.
• Develop reports using Planful.
• Provide backup and assistance to other accounting staff.
• Ensure compliance with the Worldwide Accounting Manual.
• Engage in special projects as required.
• Provide in-depth analysis of business transactions, including customer accounts, manufacturing costs, and sales scorecard.
• Supply accurate data for scenario analysis and propose solutions to business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficiency in month-end closing and financial statement preparation.
• Experience with financial reporting and GAAP standards.
• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience.
• Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office products.

Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with consolidation of multiple divisions or businesses preferred.
• Planful reporting experience preferred.
• Experience with international business is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/yr.

Schedule

This role offers a hybrid work environment following training, with 3 days in the office and 2 remote.
