Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for multiple properties in accordance with GAAP and hospitality standards
• Prepare well-supported balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyze operating results, identify variances, and provide actionable insights
• Prepare consolidated financial reports for corporate management and ownership groups
• Ensure timely and accurate owner, lender, and management reporting
• Facilitate and manage all phases of accounts payable invoicing and payments
• Prepare rolling cash flow projections
• Maintain strong internal controls and risk management practices

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
• Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality management or multi-property environments; experience with hotel/restaurant accounting systems and management company reporting, with M3 experience as a plus

Skills

• Strong knowledge of hospitality accounting standards and owner reporting
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
