Accounting Manager
About the role
The Accounting Manager oversees and reviews ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. They maintain and ensure accuracy of the general ledger, coordinate and manage annual audits and compliance requirements, analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide financial analysis focused on capital investments, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and review ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of the general ledger.
- Cook up and manage annual audits and compliance requirements.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties.
- Partner with other departments to evaluate financial impact of strategies, objectives, and decisions.
- Provide financial analysis focused on capital investments, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective management of daily responsibilities.
- Lead special projects as assigned by the VP of Finance or Senior Manager of Finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across diverse markets.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
