Responsibilities

  • Support daily accounting operations by assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Perform accurate data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Provide administrative and project-based support to the Controller
  • Work collaboratively with the accounting team and cross functional departments to ensure efficient and timely financial operations

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in an accounting or finance related field, ideally at a Junior or Senior standing
  • Prior experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office are essential for handling tasks efficiently
  • Must be adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Work environment

  • Primarily office: A majority of work takes place in an indoor office setting equipped with a computer, desk, phone, and other typical office equipment
  • Must be able to inspect details at close range, interact, communicate, and exchange accurate information consistently
  • Must be able to retain a stationary position for extended periods of time
