Accounting & Financial Outsourcing (AFO) Senior Consultant - Nonprofit Industry
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: About Dean Dorton, About Accounting And Financial Outsourcing (AFO), About The Role, Essential Duties & Responsibilities (with subcategories Technical Definition, Behavioral Definition, Non-Charge Definition), Requirements Experience & Qualifications (including bullet list of software/tools), Benefits (The Fun Stuff). Also there is a disclaimer about job description not exhaustive etc, equal opportunity employer, etc. Those are boilerplate to remove.
We need to decide sections: Could combine About Dean Dorton and About AFO into an "About the company" maybe but not required. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can also add other headings if needed but they gave examples. Probably we should include: About the role (maybe combine About Dean Dorton and AFO?), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits. Possibly also Qualifications (but Requirements already covers). Could also include Skills (software list). But we can put software list under Requirements as a list.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the content from About Dean Dorton, About AFO, About The Role, Essential Duties & Responsibilities (with subpoints), Requirements (experience, qualifications, software/tools), Benefits (the fun stuff list). Also maybe include the note about job description not exhaustive etc? That's boilerplate; we should remove.
We need to format using
for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to decide how to structure lists: For Responsibilities, we have many items grouped under Technical Definition, Behavioral Definition, Non-Charge Definition. Could we make a single
with all responsibilities? Or separate subheadings? The instruction only mentions using for section headings; we could also use for subheadings? Not specified but we can use if needed but better to keep to only for main sections. Could embed subheadings as or maybe. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can include the subheadings as plain text within
or as
. Since not prohibited, we can use for subheadings inside the Responsibilities section. However the instruction only says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we can just use
with bold text for subheadings.
Similarly for Requirements: we have bullet list of experience/qualifications and software/tools. Could make two lists: one for experience/qualifications, another for software/tools.
Benefits: list of items.
We also need to include About Dean Dorton and About AFO content. Could combine into a section "About the company" or maybe two sections: About Dean Dorton and About Accounting And Financial Outsourcing (AFO). The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. It didn't forbid other headings like About Dean Dorton. But to keep few sections, we could make an "About the company" section that includes both paragraphs. That would be substantive.
Thus sections: About the company, About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits.
Check if any other substantive content: The "About The Role" paragraph includes description of role. We'll put that under About the role.
Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now produce HTML fragment.
