Accounting Fall Internship

Responsibilities

• Aid in preparing financial statements and analyses
• Collaborate with rental branches and other departments
• Support accounting managers with reports and other tasks
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including cash receipts and petty cash
• Participate in accounting schedules and filing
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time in a college/university for the upcoming semester, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a graduation date of December 2026
• Experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable, or bookkeeping is preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required
• Flexible to relocate outside the local area/state within 1-3 years to accept potential promotional opportunities
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• At least 18 years old
