Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, PowerDMS.com, and related applications.
- Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
- Facilitate payroll and tax services for customers.
- Respond to legal requests and enforce legal agreements.
- Prevent fraud and potentially illegal activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Experience with web development and database management.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
