Job Details Accounting Director - Houston TX Position: Accounting Director Industry: Energy Location: Houston TX Salary: 225K/year (DOE) Status: Full Time/Direct Hire Work Style: Hybrid Ref #: #33554 Responsibilities Oversee financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cost analysesOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes ensuring accuracy, compliance and timelinessProvide leadership regarding accounting matters and partner with business leaders in Tokyo HQCommunicate accounting matters and financial business insights to internal stakeholdersLead audit processes and manage partnerships with external partnersAssess risks and develop solutions regarding complex accounting issuesLead accounting assessments for Joint ventures, acquisitions and company investmentsMaintain accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial documentation in accordance with US GAAPParticipate in BPR, system implementation, and finance process improvement initiativesPrepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership and HQProvide ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects Qualifications 10+ years of progressive accounting experienceCPA license required7+ years of management experienceSAP or similar ERP/consolidation system experience Register Resume
