Accounting Development Program Associate

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete a structured 18–24 month rotational curriculum, including exposure in General Accounting, Cost Accounting & Operations Finance, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, Internal Controls & Audit, and Financial Planning & Business Analysis.
• Aid in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting processes.
• Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities.
• Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with operational, supply chain, sales, and corporate teams to understand business drivers and improve financial performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, automation, and increased efficiency within accounting and financial processes.
• Utilize financial systems, reporting tools, data analytics, and emerging technologies to improve reporting accuracy and business insights.
• Participate in cross-functional projects that support organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Present project findings, business recommendations, and rotational learnings to leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
• Ability to work cross functionally to develop effective, creative solutions.
• Capability to effectively manage multiple tasks to timely resolution.
