Pay

$80,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Support audits, tax preparation, and continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, and internal controls
• Experience leading accounting functions at a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accounting Manager level
• CPA designation preferred but not required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP system experience
