Job Description The Accounting Coordinator III is responsible for assisting in all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, preparing cash bags, counting deposits, and payroll. This role must act with integrity and strictly adhere to all accounting policies and procedures for auditing purposes to ensure the financial success of the business. Compensation Data COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $28.36 to $28.36. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Job Responsibilities Count incoming deposit bags received from unitsPrepare change orders for the unitsCount and maintain the balance of the accounting safe and petty cash fund daily to ensure all safes are correct.Reporting cash sales from units into weekly sales reportReporting weekly sales from the franchise brandsPost incoming checks to the accounts receivable spreadsheet and maintain copies of the invoice with the check once payment is received.Assist in making calls to departments on campus concerning past-due accounts receivablesEnsure all invoices are paid on time This job profile does not contain a comprehensive listing of all required activities, duties, or responsibilities. Qualifications Prior administrative experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to interact well with various level of financial and operating personnel. Ability to work independently.
