Accounting Associate - CAAS Nonprofit

Job Responsibilities

• Gains ability to handle multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Captures day to day transactions including accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll.
• Completes month end processing tasks such as financial statements, account reconciliations, and complex account reconciliations.
• Completes quarterly and annual processing tasks including sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and other client-requested forms or items.

Job Requirements

• Accounting and financial experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Location: CLA is seeking an Associate to join our CAAS (Nonprofit Industry) team based out of one of the following West offices: Denver, CO; Boise, ID; Tucson, AZ; or Tempe, AZ.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position in Colorado is: $64,220 - 96,330. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
