Accounting Associate (CAAS Healthcare)
Job Responsibilities
- Gains ability to handle multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Captures day-to-day transactions including accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll.
- Completes month-end processing tasks such as financial statements, account reconciliations, and complex reconciliations.
- Completes quarterly and annual processing tasks including sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and other client-requested forms or items.
Job Requirements
- Accounting and financial experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
