About the role
As an Accounting Associate, you’ll work alongside our advisers and help deliver that experience to every client we serve. This is a full-time, in-office, entry-level role designed for a graduating senior who wants real client exposure, hands-on technical work, and a clear path to grow into an adviser.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client books and records — journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Prepare financial statements for individuals, small businesses, and entrepreneurs
- SUPPORT payroll processing and related compliance filings
- AID in sales tax, business licensing, and other recurring compliance work
- SUPPORT advisory work — cash flow analysis, projections, and client strategy conversations
- RESEARCH accounting and compliance questions and summarize findings clearly
- Maintain organized client files and workpapers
- PARTICIPATE in client meetings and follow-up communication
- BUILD toward your CPA credentials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, graduating May or December 2026
- On track to sit for the CPA exam
- Coursework in Financial Accounting and Intermediate Accounting
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to in-office team work
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or public accounting
- Exposure to QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Progress toward CPA exam parts

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
