Accounting Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Maintain and reconcile bank statements, and manage cash flow
• Support month-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes
• Participate in audits and assist with preparation of audit materials
• Respond to inquiries from management and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with accounting principles and regulations
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
