Accounting Associate

This position supports the daily financial operations of a fast-growing, family-owned business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-cycle accounts payable tasks
• Perform company bank and credit card reconciliations
• Audit location-specific daily sales and deposit transactions

Requirements

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• Entry-level to two years of accounting or finance experience; prior accounts payable experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Office 365, and Excel
• Experience with Sage Intacct and corporate expense tools like Ramp is highly preferred
• Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented environment
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US (no visa sponsorship available)

Pay

$24 - $27 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with some flexibility on start and end times
