Accounting Analyst - Treasury & Investments

Responsibilities

• Partner Senior Leadership to support day-to-day accounting operations
• Perform daily cash reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed
• Avoidance of wire transfer processing, including transaction entry and approvals
• Contribute to audit preparation by reviewing investment-related financial documentation and ensuring required support is complete and organized
• Analyze audited financial statements received from external investment managers
• Complete audit support schedules, checklists, and financial statement footnote reviews
• Extract, organize, and summarize financial data for reporting purposes
• Reconcile limited partner net asset values (NAV) to overall fund NAV
• Provide additional accounting and finance support on special projects and other assignments as needed

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in public accounting, audit, investment accounting, or a related accounting function
• Experience working with an ERP or enterprise accounting system
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to prioritize competing responsibilities and consistently meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders
