Accounting Analyst

Position Title: Accounting Analyst Location: Providence RI USA. Work Arrangement: Hybrid Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 remotes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.Understanding basic accounting principles, debits/credits, and reconciliations.Solid Excel skills.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a new ERP or financial system implementation (strongly preferred).Federal grant accounting experience, including 2 CFR 200 and federal financial reporting.Familiarity with Workday, EUNA (eCivis) and/or OpenGov.Experience with Power BI for financial reporting and dashboards.CPA preferred, candidates actively pursuing certification (e.g., exam sections passed or in progress) are encouraged to apply.
