Responsibilities

- Use play-based ABA therapy to help children with autism learn, grow, and thrive. - Guide registered behavior technicians (RBTs). - Shape behavior plans. - Deliver life-changing ABA therapy. - Support from our administrative team and leadership at every level.

Qualifications

- Open positions available. - Fast-growing ABA organization prioritizes promoting from within. - BCBA growth pathway through the Elevate: Clinical Pathway. - Paid training for recently graduated BCBA Fellows. - Hands-on experience in case management, data-driven planning, and caregiver training. - Supervising/training RBTs. - Conducting assessments & reassessments. - Caregiver training involvement. - Direct clinical service delivery.
